PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant 15 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's father namely Ganeshan S/o.Chinnaiya a convict prisoner now confined at Central Prison, Trichy for the purpose of attending serious medical illness to the petitioner's mother for a period of 15 days by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2025.
