This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police, the Inspector of Police, Peravurani Police Station, Thanjavur, to comply with the order dated 03.11.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, in C.M.P.No.7353 of 2018 and register the FIR against the proposed accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case has already been registered in Crime No.53 of 2019.
