ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to upload the particulars of petitioner's properties in Survey Nos.600/4B, 211/14 and 211/16 of Ravanasamuthiram Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District, in Tamil Nilam Portal in a time bound manner.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the lawful owner of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.600/4B, 211/14 and 211/16, situated at Ravanasamuthiram Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District. For the purpose of updating and regularising the revenue records, it is necessary that the particulars of the petitioner's properties be uploaded in the Tamil Nilam Portal. Further, one K.Sivayegnesh from the very same petitioner's Village, had already filed W.P.(MD)No.3863 of 2025 before the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 03.06.2025, directed the

respondents therein to expedite the process of uploading the Pattas and Chittas in the online portal within the period of four months. Despite the petitioner being entitled to such updation, the respondents have failed to upload the property particulars in the Tamil Nilam Portal within a reasonable time. Hence, the petitioner has been constrained to approach this Court seeking the relief stated supra.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law, taking into account the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 03.06.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.3863 of 2025.

Recording the aforesaid submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, taking into account the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 03.06.2025 in
