ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents no.1 to 4 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his broiler shop situated at No.274/1, Door No.38, Velli Vinayagar Kovil Street, Thuvarankurichi, Marunkapurai Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a tenant of the respondents 5 to 7 and doing some business in the leased premises. He further submitted that the respondents 5 to 7 attempted to force-evict him and hold out threat to his life, limb, liberty and right to the property of the petitioner. Till the petitioner moves appropriate judicial forum to protect his tenancy right, he needs protection from the respondents 5 to 7 to his life, limb, liberty and right to property.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending in C.S.R.No.58 of 2019 dated 17.03.2019.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is now required to enquire into the matter of the complaint filed by the petitioner and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, limb, liberty and right to the property of the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
