ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 364, 307, 379(NH) and 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.08.2015 due to previous enmity, the accused dashed the TATA Sumo Car against the de-facto complainant and his brother-in-law, while they were returning after attending the marriage betrothal of their relative and thereby, caused injuries and also snatched 3-1/2 sovereigns of gold chain. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. It is further submitted that the alleged gold chain of 3-1/2 sovereigns is yet to be recovered from the accused. 5.However, considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, Ramnad District and on her executing a bond for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
