ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Cr.No.840 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 21.10.2016, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the final report could be filed within the reasonable time of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
