ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent on 27.07.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram in C.C.No.43 of 2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent on 27.07.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram in C.C.No.43 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
