[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Ms.Karthikai Priya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government, appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.
2.The writ petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 1st respondent to issue the certificate of genuineness of the Community Certificate to the petitioner, certifying that he belongs to Malaivedan Community.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has verified the certificate and the certificate has been found to be genuine and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent.
4.The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that the certificate has been received by the second respondent.
5.In the light of above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
