ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) (V) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.193 of 2017, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified.
