For Bail in Crime No.99 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested on 30.01.2020 in Crime No.99 of 2020 on the file of the Vilakuthoon Police Station.
2. I granted regular bail on 31.01.2020. But then, taking note of the facts and circumstances, I had called for report both from the respondent as well as the jurisdictional Magistrate. Even while granting bail, I had clearly stated that the petitioner's arrest was absolutely unwarranted.

CRL OP(MD) No.1794 of 2020 absolutely unsatisfied with the report of the respondent. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is directed to bring it to the notice of the Commissioner of Police about the observations made by this Court and it is for the Commissioner of Police to decide as to whether any disciplinary action is warranted against the Inspector of Police who had directed the Sub Inspector to arrest the petitioner herein. The Commissioner of Police will also file before the Registry of this Court the action taken report in this regard.
