To set aside fair and decretal order dated 21.12.2015 passed in E.A.No.112 of 2011 in E.P.No.298 of 2000 in O.S.No.711 of 1996 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Judge, Madurai and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.PALA.RAMASAMY, Advocate for R1 the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 151 days in filing the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
