Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.14.00 Lakhs incurred by the petitioner for taking medical treatment at Hannah Joseph Hospital in Madurai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.14.00 Lakhs incurred by the petitioner for taking medical treatment at Hannah Joseph Hospital in Madurai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Considering the fact that the matter is hanging fire for such a long time, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs

the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 and pass orders on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
