ORDER

Seeking to execute the non-bailable warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crl.M.P.No.820 of 2024 in M.C. No.12 of 2021, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the 3rd respondent against whom non-bailable warrant has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crl.M.P.No.820 of 2024 in M.C.No.12 of 2021, dated 27.01.2025. So far, the same has not been executed by the respondent police. Therefore, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police is directed to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crl.M.P.No. 820 of 2024 in M.C.No.12 of 2021 by order dated 27.01.2025 against the 3rd respondent herein forthwith. Further, the petitioner is directed to give the details of the 3rd respondent and his address to the respondent police.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Post on 16.02.2026 for reporting compliance. 28.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No gbg Note : Issue order copy on 28.01.2026.
