Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 120 (b), 364, 302 and 379 of IPC in Crime No.234 of 2017, while granting bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
