This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, to expedite the trial in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2024 in D.V.C.No.10 of 2023 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Considering the relief granted by this Court, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, is directed to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2024 in D.V.C.No.10 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
