CMP(MD) No.6413 of 2020 Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of stay of execution proceedings in O.S.No. 160 of 2013 on the file of the III Addtional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, pending disposal of the above First Appeal. Prayer in AS(MD). 179/ 2020 :

To set aside the judgment and decree dated 4th day of August 2018 mad e in O.S.No.160 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli by allowing this appeal and dismiss the suit in O.S.No. 160 of 2013.
