3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.239 of 2014.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
