The wife seeks transfer of G.W.O.P.No.69 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal to the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learned counsel for the husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer of the proceedings to Madurai, since it will be easier to commute. He would further submit that the place of residence of the petitioner is just 10 kms from Madurai. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would also acknowledge the said fact.

4.Considering the above, G.W.O.P.No.69 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, to be tried in accordance with law. The Family Court, Namakkal is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Madurai, forthwith.
