SUDHASATHYANANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 @ 120(b), 147, 148, 109, 212 of IPC and Section 4 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.74 of 2016, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the Court regularly without fail. This petition is ordered accordingly.
