This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the third respondent was received by the second respondent and in this regard, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.01.2025. As far as this police station is concerned, there is no petition and enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
