ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a discharge petition, if not already filed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

3. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners 2 to 5 are aged person, their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate may be dispensed with.

4. Considering the same, the petitioners 2 to 5 appearance before the trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates except when their 2/4

presence is required for the progress of the trial.
