O R D E R

(By G.R.SWAMINATHA, J.) This contempt petition came to be instituted against the petitioner in H.C.P.(MD)No.1462 of 2024 on the ground that she is not abiding by the undertaking earlier given before this Court. 2.Diviya Bharathi appeared in person. She admitted that she is presently residing at Natham. She proposes to reside at Natham for the foreseeable future. Her residential address is as follows:- "P.Divya Bharathi, D/o.Pandiyarajan, Door No.3/87, Kuttur, Uluppangudi Post, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District."

She states that Dharmaraj / her husband and father of the child can come to the residence at 09.30 am on the second and fourth Saturday of every month and take the child. Dharamraj is directed to hand over the child to the mother at 06.00 pm on the next day ie., Sunday. 2/4
