Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to call for records relating to the order in Crl.M.P.No.2260 of 2016 in S.C.No.122 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and set-aside the order passed by the court below and discharge this petitioner/accused from the case. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District vide the letter in D.No.5655 of 2018 dated 16.08.2018 and upon hearing of Mr.P.AJU TAGORE, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, this court made the following order:
