ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2025 by conducting an enquiry within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint was submitted before the first respondent and the same has been transferred to the third respondent, who is the competent police officer to conduct the enquiry.
3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall conduct an enquiry within a period of six weeks thereafter.
