ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.296 of 2018 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 01.06.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the final report could be filed within the reasonable time of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
