PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.7725 of 2020 in CRL OP(MD)No.13686 of 2020: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13686 of 2020 dated 01.12.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7725 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.13686 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case in Crime No.273 of 2017 has been transferred from the file of the respondent Police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.989 of 2021 the Inspector of Police, Idol Wing, Madurai. He further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 12.01.2021.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Idol Wing, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
