This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to look into the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2015 and direct him to provide adequate police protection to her and her house property. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
