(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though the petitioner sought for larger relief, we can only direct the first respondent to consider the application for regularization made by the petitioner on 15.05.2018 without expressing anything on the merits of the case. We may note that in the case on hand, the petitioner is running a Kalyana Mandapam after getting a building approval for residential building. The request for making repair and alteration can only be considered after orders passed in the regularization application. The needful shall be done within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
