This Criminal Original petition is filed to quash the summons, dated 28.12.2023 issued as against the petitioners to appear before the trial Court in P.R.C No. 33/2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuzhi, 2.Today(23.04.2024), when this Criminal Original petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue in this petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
