PRAYER :- To Extend the Time in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17182/2019 dated 22.11.2019 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.17182 of 2019, dated 22/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
