2.Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose the suit uninfluenced by any of the observations made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order and he has also requested to fix a time limit for disposal of the suit.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, these Writ Appeals are dismissed with liberty as prayed for. The learned II Additional Sub Judge, Trichy, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.504 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by any of the observations made by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
