ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection for surveying the land comprised in Survey No.825/1, measuring an extent of 1 Hectare and 91 Ares, situated at Rameswaram Village, Ramanathapuram District, and consequently to dispose of CSR No.13 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Mr. A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr. M. Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. The 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5 and then conduct the survey. In case the Tahsildar seeks police protection for conducting the survey, the 2nd respondent is directed to provide adequate police protection.
