PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR11804 of 2010:

to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in M.C.O.P.NO.2284 of 2004 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai) dated 26.10.2010 and to allow this C.M.A. By directing the 2nd respondent before the tribunal to compensate the petitioner.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.A.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2343 days in representing the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2 Heard Mr.B.A. Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner.

3 Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed on payment of a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to be paid by the petitioner to ANBAGAM, RACE COURSE ROAD, K.PUDUR, MADURAI, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
