This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2152 days in representing the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2 Heard Mr.B.A.Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3 Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed on payment of a cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to be paid by the petitioner to ANBAGAM, RACE COURSE ROAD, K.PUDUR, MADURAI, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
