Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.255 of 2016 in O.S.No.256 of 2016 by the I Additional Sub-Court, Nagercoil. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
3.However, without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order passed in I.A as well as the order passed in C.R.P., the I Additional Sub-Court, Nagercoil is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day-to-day basis without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either parties. The parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2016 within the time limit fixed by this Court for passing orders. The learned I Additional Sub-Court, Nagercoil, is directed to file a compliance report before this Court within a period of ten days after passing orders in O.S.No.256 of 2016. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed.
