ORDER

This Criminal Original Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR NO.3, dated 04.02.2019, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not found to be involved in this case.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.

4. Since the petitioner is found not to have been

involved in the offence alleged, the police may not harass the petitioner.
