ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 468, 471 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.646 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is arrayed as A5, he is office Assistant. For obtaining commission for securing government job he cheated the victims. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner himself appointed as Office Assistant on 17.05.2017, by monthly salary of Rs.18,000/- per month. Infact the petitioner's sister namely, Sathya also parted huge amount for securing the job. In which, she is not secured job. Further, similarly alleged accused persons A3 and A4 also granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17494 of 2019 and Crl.O.P(MD)No.18429 of 2019. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner induced the victims and after securing the money from the victims, he take his commission and balance amount gave the office. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory abil to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
