PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against respondents 3 and 4 and to produce the petitioners wife detenue namely Sulthan Mafrubha (aged 21 years) under the illegal detention of respondents 3 and 4 before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against respondents 3 and 4 and to produce the petitioners wife detenue namely Sulthan Mafrubha (aged 21 years) under the illegal detention of respondents 3 and 4 before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending this Criminal Original petition the alleged detenue Sulthan Mafrubha had come out from the clutches of her parents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

and joined the petitioner. He would submit that the detenue has expressed her willingness to stay along with the petitioner.

3. The alleged detenue and the respondents 3 and 4 who are parents of the alleged detenue are present before this Court and this Court enquired the alleged detenue Sulthan Mafrubha and she submitted that she married the petitioner and that it was opposed by her parents. She further submitted that she is now with the petitioner and she had expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
