RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the period of 15 days further from the date of this order copy in pursuance of Anticipatory bail order of this court passed in Crl O.P(MD) No. 21069 of 2021 on 29.12.2021 on the file of the respondent police and pass orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VETRIVEL.B., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.21069 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12069 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
