This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from declaring the post of Physical Education Teacher and Craft Teacher (Vocational Stream) as surplus teachers in the petitioner School and consequently not to disturb the post of Physical Education Teacher and Craft Teacher in the petitioner School by deployment.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have already declared the post of Physical Education Teacher and the Craft Teacher as surplus teachers vide order dated 15.11.2019. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3743 2/4

of 2020.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
