(MD)No.11986 of 2017 in Cr.No.94 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Thoothukudi, dated 11.09.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.N.RAJAMOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 5 r/w 6 and 13 r/w 14 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 which was altered from 3(1) Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act, 1956 in Crime No.94 of 2017, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11986 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
