O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the crime No.569 of 2019 in C.C.No.125 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant, now only prays that direction may be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti to complete the trial and dispose the case in C.C. No. 125 of 2019, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court. He would further submit that presently the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti is on training and that direction may be issued to the learned Judge who is incharge to complete the trial.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are totally 10-witnesses in the case and the same is posted for appearance of the accused on 25.02.2020.

4. In view of the same, direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, who is incharge of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Usilampatti to complete the trial, as expeditiously as possible and deliver the Judgment in C.C. No. 125 of 2019, within a period of Four Months, from the next hearing, i.e., on 25.02.2020.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
