ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 16.03.2018 and 23.03.2018 against the proposed accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been enquired and the de facto complainant gave a statement before the second respondent that she will seek remedy before the appropriate Court of law and requested not to proceed with the complaint.

4. In the light of the above, this Court cannot pass any further direction as prayed by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to approach the appropriate competent Forum, if any grievance.
