W.P(MD)No.2133 of 2020 2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has got remedy by way of an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3.Since the petitioner has got remedy by way of an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be entertained. 4.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Revenue Divisional Officer in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
