ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuing a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivaksi, Virudhunagar District to dispose of HMOP.No.237 of 2015, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The revision petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent herein, has filed a suit HMOP.No.237 of 2015, on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, for divorce and the same has been pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, he has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to dispose the HMOP.No.237 of 2015 within the stipulated time.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following directions: "The learned Subordinate Judge, Sivaksi, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of the HMOP.No.237 of 2015, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, without giving any further adjournment." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
