2.When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that enquiry initiated against the petitioners was closed on 22.12.2021 itself. It is stated that the matter has been referred to Executive Magistrate. The respondent police are therefore restrained from summoning the petitioners hereafter.
