749/2018 and the grounds of Petition, earlier order of this Court and the material papers of the Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.NIRANJAN.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:- The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.This Court by an order dated 10.04.2018 in the Civil Revision Petition, has directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.239 of 2012, within a period of six months.

3.Now, the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, vide letter dated 18.12.2018 has requested extension of time stating that the amendment was carried out by the plaintiff's counsel on 20.06.2018 and the defendants filed their additional written statements on 11.07.2018 and the Suit was posted for trial on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

18.07.2018. He further submitted that the post of Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, and I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil were vacant and he was being the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, was placed in-charge for the post of Principal District Court and I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil from 04.12.2018. Now the suit is in the stage of P.W.1's cross examination.

4.Hence, time is extended for six months and the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of the suit within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
