ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.255 of 2020 on the file of the sixth respondent and entrust the same to any other police officer to expedite the investigation and file charge sheet.
2. Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.255 of 2020 was stayed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14485 of 2020.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
