This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the investigation in Cr. No.519/2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 18.07.2009 and the same was taken on file.
3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
