ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent and wants the same to be enquired into.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint has since been forwarded to the Central Crime Branch, the Inspector of Police. Central Crime Branch is directed to conclude the enquiry into the petitioner's complaint on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
